Happy New Year to Everyone!!

This past year has been great for our Chapter and I am looking forward to another fantastic year.  Our Installation Banquet and Blue Santa endeavor was a huge success.  A big thank you to everyone who donated baskets for the silent auction brought toys and bought raffle tickets for the door prizes.

In the coming year I believe we can expect to excel once more within the Chapter, Region and International realm of IRWA.  With 25 new members joining last year it shows that our Chapter continues to grow even during some difficult times.  As a Chapter we have a very diverse list of classes to offer and hope that all members can take advantage of taking several classes without leaving South Central Texas.

 I would like to encourage everyone to attend as many of our luncheon meetings as possible.  We hope to have a great list of speakers that will help keep everyone up to date and informed of the every changing regulations and laws within the Right of Way industry.

 Lisa Hughes is our newsletter Chairperson and is doing a great job in getting out our newsletter.  Our newsletter is a very important part of the communication line throughout the Chapter and even the Region.  Everyone is invited to submit articles, pictures or any other information that pertains to our profession as a member of IRWA to Lisa so that we can continue to enhance our already great newsletter.

 I would like to thank the members of Chapter 74 for giving me the opportunity to be involved with such a great group of professionals and I hope everyone is ready for an outstanding year.
