The SH 130 Concession
Company ROW group seeks an additional full time staff
member to assist in managing the current SH 130 Segments
5 & 6 project and Facility Concession Agreement with the
Texas Department of Transportation. This Right of Way
Manager assists the ROW Project Manager (Dennis L.
Sedlachek) and assistant project manager (Steve Thoreson)
with daily ROW activities, meetings, and communication
plans to assure
internal and external quality management.
The ROW Manager
is also required to
implement, direct, monitor, and support the Quality
Management Plan and Acquisition Plan with the ROW
Acquisition Services Provider and Environmental
Consultant. Those activities include scheduling,
reporting, coordinating, auditing, and evaluating their
processes, deliverables, budgets, invoices and their sub
consultant pass through invoices.
Education: College Graduate
or Equivalent.
Specific Experience:
Right-of-Way/Real Estate, Appraisal, Legal Background,
Project Accounting, Project Management, Communication
and Organization skills, State and Federal ROW (49CFR24)
Regulations, Policies, and Procedures, proficient
computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and file and
folder organization.
Registration/Certification:
Real Estate License or SR/WA preferred.
